Rental  Terms & Conditions

• Deposit will equal one day’s total rent.
• All rental charges are due before delivery.
• Rental rates are subject to change without notice.
• All rental rates are subject to applicable State and Federal taxes.
• There is a minimum Charge for cleaning $25.00
• There will be a minimum Refueling charge $20.00
• Implements and trailers cannot be rented independently.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Make sure that you know how to operate the equipment, or that qualified operators operate the rental equipment.
2. Perform daily maintenance on all rental units while they are in your possession.
3. Return the rental unit in clean condition (a cleanup fee will be applied if this is not done)
4. Return the rental unit full of fuel (a refueling fee will be applied if this is not done)
5. Unusual wear or damage is your responsibility – take care of your rental equipment!
